Company Profile

SIMON UFLOOR is a global high-performance new material technology enterprise specializing in wall & floor decorative and functional materials, integrating R&D, production, sales and construction services. With 28 years of expertise in wall materials and 12 years in flooring, the enterprise centers its core technology on inorganic materials. Supported by its proprietary 4C core technical system, it has built a full-range product portfolio covering two major sectors: decorative aesthetics and industrial cleanroom applications.

Its wall business features cement-based materials to interpret minimalist aesthetics, with mature decorative product lines including bare concrete protective coatings, decorative mortars and micro-cement inorganic coatings. For cleanroom scenarios in food and pharmaceutical industries, it has developed dedicated functional products such as water-based 9512 mildew-proof antibacterial coatings and vitrified coatings. The full product line complies with GB 14881-2025, the new national general hygienic standard for food production.

The flooring segment adheres to the core positioning of "import substitution through technology and full-scenario performance adaptation". Core products include polyurethane mortar, solvent-free polyurethane, epoxy terrazzo, epoxy self-leveling and water-based polyurethane coatings. Its cleanroom-grade products fully satisfy hygienic specifications for food workshops and SC certification acceptance criteria.

SIMON UFLOOR delivers customized integrated wall & floor solutions for multiple industries including food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, high-end manufacturing, scientific research & medical facilities, and commercial spaces. Services include planning consultation for new clean workshops, compliance upgrading & renovation of old factories, standardized construction delivery and full support throughout SC acceptance procedures. We implement unified standards, construction control and warranty terms for walls and floors, delivering one-stop solutions to meet clients’ compliance and performance demands.

As a brand featured on CCTV and designated supplier for numerous multinational corporations, SIMON UFLOOR stands as an industry benchmark balancing high performance and cost efficiency, backed by consistent quality control and full-chain service capabilities.

Core Advantages of Simon Flooring Systems
Core Advantages of Simon Flooring Systems

Centered on the "flexible matrix encapsulating rigid aggregate" composite structure technology, the system achieves four core characteristics: resistance to extreme temperatures (-40℃ to 130℃), strong chemical corrosion resistance (30% sulfuric acid / 40% sodium hydroxide), heavy-duty wear resistance (withstanding 15-ton forklift traffic without traces), and environmental safety with non-toxic formulations.

The entire product series features low-VOC formulations (≤50g/L) with no irritating odor, and a service life of up to 20 years. It fundamentally addresses common industry pain points such as dusting, leakage, insufficient slip resistance, and cleaning difficulties.
